Painful Bowel Movements
A painful bowel movement is usually an indication of constipation. If
you don't have a bowel movement for several days, or your stool is hard
and dry. One way to alleviate the problem is to eat foods with higher fiber
content, such as fruits, vegetables, oatmeal, and bran cereal
